Shipping and handling is free for all Overseas Adventure Travel pre-trip gifts ordered through the Overseas Adventure Travel Store. All Free Gifts will be shipped from the Overseas Adventure Travel, Massachusetts-based Free Gift Fulfillment Center. Otherwise, the customer will pay all shipping and handling charges associated with any items purchased from the Overseas Adventure Travel Store, even if those items are purchased at the same time a Free Gift selection has been made. Shipping & handling charges are based solely on those items actually purchased as per the fee structure detailed in the table below. All purchases made from the Overseas Adventure Travel Store will be shipped by our online store partner, New Headings, from their Connecticut-based fulfillment center. The customer will pay for all shipping and handling fees. As per the arrangements with our bonded shippers, Federal Express and IBC Courier, a complete street address must be provided in order to facilitate proper shipping. Shipping and handling charges do include GST, VAT, or other similar import taxes or duties for shipments to non-USA addresses.

RETURNS:
We accept returns and exchanges with a no questions asked policy up to 30 days from your original date of purchase as long as the item is returned in a resalable condition with the original tags attached.
For returns received after this 30 day period, we offer you a choice:
1. We are happy to issue you a refund less a 20% re-stocking fee. Unfortunately returns processing comes with significant costs – credit card fees, internet transactional and banking fees, labor and materials costs, and more – and so we thank you for understanding our reasoning.
2. Or, we are happy to issue you an in-store credit for the full purchase price of the item(s) you are returning so you can use it to gear up for your next expedition or adventure. This credit will remain active in perpetuity, until you have used its full value.
Returns received 90 or more days after date of purchase may be returned only for instore credit.
